Worst experience service today. I walked in and ask for help to pick wine for my friend as a present, because I don’t drink wine and have no clue which one is sweet/dry. The Asian looking gentleman said some word so quickly and I didn’t understand (I am European and English is not my native language), I apologised and said I don’t understand. Well he repeated it 4times exactly same! And then I realised he is asking RED OR WHITE. He could just say it slowly for me, but he didn’t... I said I don’t know if red or white, probably white. Then he just kept doing what he was doing, so I thought he just want to finish it an he will come to help me, so I walked around and look. A few minutes later I realised he is not coming, he was just ignoring me. I walked away without a word. I don’t know what his problem was, but I’m definitely not going to that store again. I went to the one in Chatswood Chase and service there was great!! I recommend that one instead!

Bad experience service. Not recommended.

The guy is very knowledgeable but his prices are too high. You will get a better price at vintage cellars chatswood chase 100m across the road.
