All good , except service desk is right at back of store.

Arrived at the parcel pickup at 4:30pm to collect the order which was booked for 3pm to 4pm collection time to find 4 others waiting for items whi h hadn't been picked from the shelvesnMy items all 10 where still not picked from the shelves nor waiting at the back docknMy son and I watched 3 of 4 people waitn1 leave to come back tomorrownAnd us to wait an hour so I wouldn't have to travel back next morningnIf Big W or anywhere offer a service they should be organised enough to provide the service

Had what I was after. Looked at some items on sale. Researching those items now.

Clean well stocked and cheap. Great to see they are keeping the urethra low to compete with their new competitors kmart
