Europcar Newcastle City

Highly recommend. Scott is just excellent, really knowledgeable guy, knows his motors inside out. My own car broke down outside Newcastle so needed a rental to get back to Sydney. Scott did his utmost to get me the best possible option for a one way rental at good value. He even gave me some good tips to help solve the problem with my own car. The best customer service I've had at a rental company and a real asset to Europcar.

Some guy called "Raynall" stole a car from them and through shear chance of writing down a random phone number put my number down on their registry. Ive been getting calls for months from various number asking about the car only for whoever i tell to not listen that i am not this raynall character. Very poor cutomer service and nobody i know will ever be using Europcar.

A very poor service, with terrible customer service. No proactivity or initiative to help out the customer Instead I was told to leave. I never complain and always do my best to maintain a positive attitude. But with employees having 0% initiative to help me out in a time of need.... I feel the least I can do is warn people in adavance not to spend their money here. As a business owner myself it was such ashame to to witness their actions.
