Lost our Parcel from Toll,nnThis is the response we got!!!nnFrom Stafford News re: your parcel. Toll has been notified by the company that subcontracts us as a local depot, that your parcel is not at Stafford News. If you cannot get satisfaction from Toll, I suggest you contact your supplier because they have the legal contract with Toll to deliver the parcel.nnThe parcel was delivered there 6 days ago as I saw on there system this morning. Obviously no one wants to take responsibility for it and customer service is non existent. No wonder small businesses are going broke!!
