Shell Coles Express Kedron Inbound

One of my favourite places to stop and refill or stock up on some Snacks and Beverages at Coles prices!nnAll the staff have been absolutely lovely and a pleasure to be served by, except the old red head hag with Glasses, new to daytime shifts I think, 'Debbie' I believe her name was!nnStick to the graveyard shift Hun, your customer service is atrocious.nnAlso, perhaps re-think the way you treat people with your name pinned on your shirt.

Today 10/11/2020 at 10:06 i went here and ask for cheapest cigarettes whichone do you have.. your employee cranky on me. without any greeting. I was not expecting this kind of rude behaviour from coles. That's why i didn't bought a cigarette and walkout from the store. I will never go again in this store again.

Horrible customer service. Walked in to pay for fuel, said good morning to the lady at the cashier then said 'wowee $1.92 for fuel hey, that's crazy' ...her exact words were 'Welcome To The Real World Love'...completely shocked me. Won't be going back...thanks love!

Seems to be one of the cheapest locations to get fuel good customer service.

fuel prices are not cheap here and only went here because of the 10cent discount from coles (6c from flybuys + 4c from coles docket)which made it worthwhile. servo itself is quite brand new and in a convenience location.
