You’ll find all appliances you’re looking in a reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they do their best to give you a good discount to make your day. Heaps of thanks to you guys for the great work you’re doing.

My intellectually disabled son wanted to buy a cheap laptop to watch YouTube on. He wanted a laptop that was on sale for $298. A staff member tried to tell him that he would need a $650 laptop to watch YouTube. When I complained, I was given the spiel that they try to match a customers needs to the laptop. There is no way that anyone needs a $650 laptop to watch YouTube and I do not appreciate my intellectually disabled son being taken advantage of. It's nothing but pure greed on your behalf and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Brilliant store, friendly staff and efficient service, what more could you ask for...oh, could ask Gerry Harvey to give back the millions $$$$ in job keeper he took to pay bonuses and dividends but that might be asking too much. So, I'll stick with a 5 star rating for Harvey Norman Burnie but a 1 star rating for Gerry Harvey.

We ordered & paid for a lounge suite in mid July and was told it would be delivered in September. September arrived and 2 weeks in I decided to ring and see where it was. The gentleman I spoke with said it was still on it's way and would be another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later we just happened to be in Burnie so I went into the store to find out what was going on and was told it would be another 10 days. Other lounges had been delivered but not hours. 3 weeks later I rang and was told it would arrive sometime before Christmas but he couldn't tell me when. I went in the very next day and cancelled my order & got a refund. In all of this there was no communication on their part & never an apology and if there had been I might have waited for my lounge. I have since heard from others that they waited up to 8 months for something to be delivered. So keep in my mind that they only want your money & don't care about you.nnI decided to shop at a small local furniture store & had a new lounge within a week and saved over $600.
