I was in your Warrnambool store today, and was looking for a mattress. I am an ex employee of this store, and the very same department, and never expected under the new proprietor the service would have fallen so terribly. If I ever treated a customer the way we were treated, I wouldn’t have had a job.nThe prop let me know ‘Monique’ whom I’m now aware is his wife, would be with us shortly.nUpon enquiring about the mattress style I wanted, letting her know I work in a store selling mattresses in Melbourne, and I specifically wanted to look at 5 zoned plush mattress’, she proceeded to insult my place of work, be extremely condescending and rude to me, and give me very wrong information about your mattresses and spring types (I sold these mattresses whilst working at this store, and am well aware everything she told me was extremely incorrect) we left your Warrnambool store disgusted at how we were treated, and intended to spend our money elsewhere, where we were treated with the respect any customer deserves. I’m well aware that being the props wife nothing will be done about our treatment, but I felt you should be aware at the low level of customer service from this woman. At very least I feel this woman owes us a letter of apology at the disgusting treatment we received, but I’m certainly not holding my breath. We returned to the store to purchase a mattress for my mother as it was the most comfortable one she layed on, but made sure Monique did not serve us again, nor get our commission. To say I am upset and disgusted at the attitude, customer service skills and general experience with this woman, would be a huge understatement.
