WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.nBought AirPods with the apple care warranty of a year. While selling the product Staff falsified the information to make the sale and when faced some problem with the Airpods, Firstly Staff himself delayed the process using Covid as a shield and then when I went to the store to for the third time looking for a solution to the same problem, So called manager said that product had ran put of the warranty.nnPeople here plays roles to manipulate their customers to increase the revenue of the store and earn commissions on that and then steps back when it comes to complaints.nStrongly advise to go any other store of Harvey Norman but don’t visit here if you don’t want to go through hard times, just in case because no one is going to help here, but only delay the process or manipulate the innocent customers.

I would sincerely recommend everyone to come to Harvey Norman Springvale to look for Raji from the computer department and Vinesh from the kitchen department, he will 110% take care of you, he will give you the best price possible compare to any other competitors!!!!nI went to make a quote twice at Harvey Norman Maribyrnong if that if that was the best price they can offered me.nAt the end I wasn't convinced.nSo I called Springvale branch looking for Vinesh and Raji.nThey offered me a very good deal for the package by recommending me to add the product care for an extended warranty, if any faulty parts Harvey Norman will cover for any damage such as product replacements!!!!

I went to Harvey Norman Springvale to buy a washing machine and Antony was super helpful with explaining all the features of different models. Finally, I purchased a LG 9/5 Kg combo washer. As promised, the delivery was made and installation was done the next day. While the first load was being washed only I realised that there is no drying function on the machine. Then, I was wondering if a wrong machine has been delivered. Upon checking the invoice to confirm my doubts, I realised there was no difference between what had been billed and delivered. It was the normal LG 9KG washer. Even though, I always carefully check the invoice when I buy goods, this purchase was an exception as I was in a rush. I was really worried that I would now have to forget about having the machine I wanted. The next day, I called Harvey Norman and RAJ was the one to listen to my problem. RAJ was very professional in the way he handled me and took time to PATIENTLY and EMPATHICALLY listen to me. I felt like half the problem was resolved after talking to him because he was clearly demonstrating his GENUINE CARE towards the customer. After a couple of hours, I got a call from Harvey Norman and it was RAJ again. Said he looked in to the matter and it was a genuine mistake by HN in billing and promised to replace the used machine with a new unit very next day. As a customer, this was a DELIGHTFUL experience for me because of RAJ and the HN Springvale Management that took the right and fair decision to put the customer before the store. As promised the machine was delivered the next day at their cost. Thank you RAJ and Harvey Norman Springvale for displaying your genuine concern towards customers. I can confidently say HN won a life time Loyal customer!

Had 2 experiences in a day which were starck opposite..1 and e&s nunawading where they couldn't care if were there..and then at Harvey norman Springvale where Nayem was super helpful provided right level of guidance and was just a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Nayem. Harvey Norman thank you for having such nice people to help customers.
