The place where you know you will be given good service, with a good variety of product to select from. I visited to return product, an easy process with a no fuss refund.nnAs a bonus I went to Springvale Home Center where there is plenty of competition and nice coffee shops so again improving the total experience.nnFor me parking was easy and there appears to be ample parking close by. For those who need easy access, there is an elevator from the park to level 2.

Got our bedroom suite today. Found a super sales person, Alex, who gave us a super solid discount and amazing customer service. Highly recommend to look for Alex in furnitures when you visit, you won't regret. ud83dude42ud83dude42

Massive store, ull find everything you need. Staff extremely helpful. you won't go wrong... I'd go straight to that store rather than smaller chains

Waited for ages for someone to assist. Wanted to upgrade computer, monitor and printer before EOFY. I guess I'll spend my money somewhere else.nnAlso, appalled at the number of staff members not wearing masks properly. There is a global pandemic at the moment. Victoria has just come out of a lockdown. Masks go over your mouth *and* nose. One even had it under his chin. It will be a long time before I shop here again.nnEDIT: To their credit, they have paid attention to my complaint. Now, three days later, changing rating from 1 to 3.
