Ample variety of products and clothing. A few different checkouts available. Open 24 hours, ideal for shift works or people that want to shop late to avoid the busy times. Ample parking. Easy access from various car parking areas. Toilet facilities available within Westfield shopping complex. Definitely ideal for that last minute present/gift. Ample staff to help with any enquiries. A do it yourself image printing area. A very large clothing section for children, women and men. A camping and toy area also. 2 entrances/exits. One near the food court area.

For emergency it's good it's always open if you needed that item! Good products, it would be good if they invested in better quality kitchenware! Overall very good!!

Kmart Fountain Gate is massive and offers a lot of variety. This place is always busy so the most popular items go quickly. Please put more people on the floor to help customers find what they need.

I had the most terrible experience today at the fountain gate store. There were no trolleys but they wouldn't let me take the blue plastic cart outside the store. I had a lot of stuff and a fair way to go to get to my car. The staff were absolutely unhelpful and asked me to go to the other side of the store and get one! I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service and extremely poor management of the store. Looks like they don't know how to manage the store when it gets busy. But mind you they diligently check the receipts on your way out and eye the contents in the bags/carts. Shameful service. Will avoid the fountain gate store in future. Up your game Kmart..
