Buyer Beware! The sales team in the computer department will aggressively and deceivingly push products onto you that you do not want. While it is not against consumer law to have an aggressive sales technique, it damn well is to coerce and deceive. I went into this store to buy a computer and the salesman sold me additional products which I was happy to pay for, however then said and because you live remote we can set your computer up for you. Not mentioning that this cost $199. He made it sound like it was a free service. It was not until I looked at the receipt and saw the price. I rang to say I was not happy about the deceitful way in which this service was sold to me and I didn't want the computer any more. The manager refused and began to argue. Harvey Norman shame on you! Last time I will shop with this company.

Zero star, it's what they deserve.nWe bought an Asus tuf 15 ryzen 9 laptop for 2500 dollars.nOne of the most important condition was the autonomy of the laptop. In Asus website, the autonomy is about 8 hours to 12 hours with a 90 watts battery. You can find the same product on Harvey Norman's website. So, we thought we were going to buy this computer. We bought it, tried it and it just the last 2 hours.nnWe went back to the store for an inspection. They told us, that we were going to give an answer the next day on the morning and that they will call us when it will be ready, between 10 and 11am. We waited until 11:30am and they didn't call us, we had to call them. We lose our morning because of their lack of profesionalism.nnThen, at the store, what was the surprise ! They told us, that the laptop is working well, and it last 4 hours with them. I am writing this review 4 days after and the computer still last 2 hours doing nothing ! They are just lying. The manager said, it's normal that gaming computer last sometimes 20 minutes. We were shocked !nnAnd the big surprise is that they told us that we have a 48w battery and not a 90 watts.nHere, is the big problem because in Harvey Norman's website, there is just written the battery type : lithium lion. It is impossible to know the autonomy of the battery until you buy it, if sellers don't talk about this. They told us that it's not for customers an essential information. Without a battery, you cannot used a laptop.nnWe ask for a return of the product because we were not able to know this important information and they refuse because for them, it's a change of mind. However, it can't be a change of mind because we wanted this computer but with the 90 watts. As, in the Asus website, it was written 90 watts for the same laptot, we discover after buying it, that there is 2 different laptops and they put a 48 watts battery for the most expensive laptot of tuf gaming !nnThey are very happy to sell the product but not able to recognize their mistake and lack of information. They need to improve the description of the product.nWe just lost 2500 dollars !

I would like to say what an asset the wonderful young lady in your photoshop is. Recently attended your store and she was so helpful, patient and informative - just fabulous.

The return policy of this place is a joke. First time I buy something and the last. That why people prefer buying online on eBay or similars. The manager is just I paper wall.
