Big W Livingston

Terrible customer service. Rarely do you find a Big W where an employee is happy to serve you but my experience with the Livingston kitchen department was outstandingly awful. Be it how rude they were on the phone enquiry or when I was in-store, hopefully Big W invests in customer service training

Store was clean & tidy. Found what I was looking for and able to get through checkout fast

Fun, a party shop, loads of costumes, a garden centre, and the usual stuff we all love about bigW. I bought a vac for $34.50. I also bought a single Woolen doona, and various other things.

Love the new setup. Lots of new products too. Staff very helpful and friendly

I did click and collect for my sons stocking and everything was boys things, jocks, socks, books ect but whoever went around and picked the two things you aren’t able to choose colour and gender, the person picked princess and pink. You’d think it would be common sense. When I went to pick it up they had all the boys options available, very frustrating.
