Victoria is in lockdown, we are all accustomed to click and collect, but these guys have turned it into a customer experience! I ordered online and my order was ready within a couple of hours. I arrived to pick it up and was met by the friendliest staff member on earth (sorry, I didn’t catch your name, but this was at 5:45pm on 2/6/21). Then I got my parcel home and there was a message inside from the staff member who packed my order - shout out to Mel, hope you had a great day as well! - couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. Well done Team, and thanks for working so the rest of us can stay functioning!!

I was very happy with Kmart Cranbourne today, I was able to find what I was looking for easily and I was able to get through the register quickly. The staff were friendly and very helpful thank you especially to the staff in the ladies underwear department.

Worst checkout experience, all of the machines are not accurate enough to handle the light weight of the clothing, so they all need staff attention, everytime I line up in the huge line I see nothing but red lights and customers standing and waiting for the 1 self service staff to fix their machine. Expecting this same situation when I finally arrive at my check out, lo and behold my final item requires attention. What's the point in a self check out if the performance rate is so low. Customers are not happy in these check outs, lowering your customer satisfaction, and generating stress when they leave your store. Increase your staff levels, and update the machines so you have better customer experiences and they love returning. Yet another giant business trying to cut costs.
