Was looking for a fridge from the usual major retailers. Rang Harvey Norman and spoke to Mick who gave exceptional customer service and the best price. Very efficient in processing the order and got back to me promptly. Easy to talk to very friendly staff all round. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a good deal!!! Thanks.:)

Sean was a great help. Very professional with a great attitude. Not once did he get annoyed at me or roll his eyes with me as i had a complicated issue with an order of mine. He was very patient and did a good job to get the best outcome for me. Also happy with Marrissa on the desk as she was helpful and very kind. Great service from the team at Dandenong. Thanks!

I have purchased many household items from this store. They match or better competitors prices. On this occasion we purchased a Westinghouse wall oven. The lady we dealt with for this item was an excellent sales person.nnRating changed from 5 stars to 2 stars.nnSince writing this first review, I have completely changed my opinion after a terrible experience over a laptop for my granddaughter. I will NEVER shop at this store again. Do yourself a favour and go to Harvey Norman at Fountain Gate.

We went to the outlet store for white goods and got an amazing price for our washer, dryer and fridge/freezer combo and delivery! Super helpful staff willing to help or just wait for you to decide what you're after. The other section of this shop that's not the outlet/factory seconds place is right next door, we also looked at couches and other electronic goods and the staff in there were super friendly and helpful we got exactly what we needed and weren't bothered by staff to buy the higher costing one. Great service will be back!

Not good service and much dearer. Ended up buying our fridge from The Good Guys, much cheaper for identical fridge. This is a pic of the fridge that is cheaper at the Good Guys.
