If you are looking for animal cages, animal toys and products. This place is perfect and cheap. They allow you to visit the warehouse with products set up. You can pickup and pay on the spot. No waiting. Super friendly staff

Very accommodating customer service. I purchased a dog crate from Yes to buy but we needed a larger one. I'd lost the receipt but the owner allowed us to exchange for a larger crate.nPrices are extremely good too.

I'm a happy and friendly easy+going customer 9 times out of 10, unfortunately this was one of those unhappy and irate experiences where Eric was rude to me, unaccommodating and gave trouble while talking over me and being rude on the phone. The crate we got was actually very good value, so much so that we bought 2. If you can get in and out without having to deal with the people you'll be happy. If you're expecting a white glove service from friendly workers then go somewhere else.
