Quick. Had what I was after.nPrices a touch on the high side, but a sale was on offering discounts.

An absolute pleasure dealing with both Andy and Kerry (mildura) after a major fault with our washer, great service and extremely knowledgeable, issue resolved same day (sunday). Cannot thank them enough.

Bed slats were not for the bed we paid for.. different wood flimsy and twisted.nHad to drill our own holes.nCustomer service was extremely poor

Extremely rude. Don’t recommend to business with them!nnWe went there a few times to buy a Tempur bed and mattress. After we went there 4-5 times over 4 months to try the bed and ask more questions while we were doing our research.nThen I got quotes from Melbourne and Adelaide Harvey Norman and got $3,500 cheaper quote and pay only $400 for transportnnWhen I mention that to Craig, bed manager in Harvey Norman Mildura he asked me where I got the quote. Then he contacts the shop in Melbourne in front of me and told them this is my customer and I did a deal with him already( I only got a quote and did not even place the order). Then he told me don’t play this game with me!!!nnI was feeling disgusted and angry and never will return to this shop again.nnI asked a few of my colleges in the hospital and found out 4 more colleagues also treated very bad in bed department in there.nnAnd to you Craig, apparently, you don't understand the consumer right. We all have a right to research, get a quote or go to a shop and try a product and of course, everybody at the end chooses to go somewhere who treat the consume better and not so greedy to charge $3500 more!!!
