Lots in store and sales associate available who provided what I thought was good information at the time.nUnfortunately, when I went in store to purchase and collect the goods the following day I found the information which was provided was not accurate.nI was able to collect the goods but had to take the product off the floor.nThis was disappointing as I was acting on the information I was given.nI did give the sales associate some feedback and she was very apologetic.

I was a little disappointed, on this visit, other people came in after me. Shop not busy, I was getting a blender, stood there for a while, over 10 minutes. People that came in after me where buying big ticket items. The gentleman from the photo area, I called hime over and asked if he could help, he was fantastic.

I went to but a new laptop computer at Harvey Norman in Wangaratta.nI chose one for about $1000.nI was then offered a bundle for an extra $1100 including Optus for $600. Making the cost $2.100. Not what I wanted or asked for.nI think this dishonest.nAs optus does not work in Beechworth and. I already had a telstra account I did not find it very helpful. I want a new computer not new Optus account. Needless to say I have gone elsewhere for a computer.
