I would like to congratulate Harvey Norman In Shepparton for such a great salesman as Michel. His knowledge of all products he sales in outstanding. We left shop with vacuum cleaner perfect suiting our needs. I have no words to describe my satisfaction. Thank you Michael.

One of my favourite retail stores, every time I walk in the door I feel welcomed if there is a change in franchise owner the regular staff always introduce them which is great. The team always assist if I have an issue with a purchase and are extremely solution driven which is why we continue to come back and have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. The only critique I have is that because I have so many purchases with Harvey Normans and various staff have recorded my name in a few different spelling and there was my maiden name and different places I have worked for, that the Harvey Norman computer system does not have the capability to link the accounts so if I am looking for a receipt or purchase we have to go through multiple accounts.

I’d like to thank Davon and Belinda in the homewares department for their assistance with a purchase of a sofa bed and the options available.nIn addition, the contractors who delivered the sofa bed to our house were on time and brought it in with exceptional attention to care of our house, and the new product being delivered.nHappily recommend Harvey Norman Shepparton, but recommend you check door widths before arrival to ease the delivery process.

Allow yourself time when visiting. Went for 1 thing and 1 thing only but I got distracted when i saw all the bright lights and shiny new objects. 4 hours later recieve a phone call from the Mrs advising me to step away from the computer section and come home.... Yes Dear lol
