Shout out to the Mandurah Bedding Department but ESPECIALLY TO STACEY. Stacey truly made, what could have been a stressful choice and difficult experience, really enjoyable. She never rushed my decisions or made me feel like a difficult client with my many many many questions. She encouraged me to come back as often as I needed, spending as long as it took, which I did, every day. Stacey welcomed me every day with a smile and was incredibly professional always ensuring my needs were met. And when our bed base arrived she went above and beyond to ensure I had minimal difficulty assembling. Hubby was away so It took me a few days but Stacey was there every day for me, calling the suppliers for extra instructions, making sure I was doing it right, sending photos and even just checking in on my progress.nStacey, if you read this, thank you so much for making the whole experience so lovely. It was very very much appreciated.

Returned a $350 rug after 36 hours to upgrade to a larger $995 more suitable one. The rug was rolled up all the time we had it in our possession other than the time it took to a ascertain it was too small and was being returned in perfect condition. Harvey Norman have a policy not to accept rugs back after 24 hours which is their right. I have a policy not to deal with companies with inflexible policies.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service I received at Harvey Norman Mandurah, to Jenny in outdoor furniture and her team. I called from Perth about an item they had which was sold out in Perth. Jenny sent me more pics and even had one of the lovely staff model sitting in the chair for me. Her manager also said they would deliver it to Perth for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Such exceptional service . Thank you

I have to say Ryan in Mandurah is honestly the most delightful person to deal with in Mandurah. Let me tell you we visited our local store in O'Connor first and very disappointed with the lack of help and more importantly interest in us replacing our fridge freezer so took a leisurely drive down to Mandurah and SO thankful we did. Ryan couldn't have been more helpful and made our day stress free. We will never try and buy anything like a fridge again anywhere else than from Ryan in Mandurah. This guy is so happy and helpful can only give him 5 stars so thank you so much Ryan - was a pleasure. YOU DESERVE A PAY RISE RYAN

I have been having issues with a certain manufacturer over a warranty claim on a fridge I purchased last year. I reached out to Harvey Norman Mandurah to see if they could help me, and my phone call was answered by a very cheerful lady by the name of Hanna. She took control of the issue at hand, and absolutely understood where I was coming from. She treated me like a valued customer, and kept me informed as to what was happening and what she was going to do to provide the sort of service I have not experienced for many years. Even if she didn't have anything to report, she would still contact me to let me know that she hadn't forgotten about me, essentially making me feel like I was the only customer she had.
