The Reject Shop

I go there quite a lot. The Reject shop is great for discount goods from beauty products to kitchen ware. They always have a great selection of sweets, cards and pet toys. To shop or browse it's always worth a visit.

I brought an issue to the attention of the Manager known by the name Jackie, and she was very attentive and empathetic to my situation. She immediately offered me a replacement product, no questions asked. She then gave me the number and email to her Head Office, so I could communicate with them regarding, what I perceived to be a manufacturing defect. Excellent customer Service Skills.

Generally a well stocked shop hidden away down in the basement. In the city centre so easy access & good transport options.. Definitely worth a visit if quality is not critical. Some lines though are very similar to the majors & often much cheaper.

Shop is good, only problem is the steps getting in, hard for the elderly or disabled

Fun place to shop. Interesting things for sale that you would never expect to find unlike anywhere else. Like a Nintendo Wii... How quaint....!!!
