Customer service is great. Simone assisted me with finding a great new range of pots and pans.
Went to Parkmore shop today & the service was disgusting. The assistant Simone had no intention on showing any interest in helping me find a cake carrier that was buried behind boxes. She was rude when I had to ask her to show me where these were as I couldn't see them. She was also rude to the customer b4 me & the poor lady was very stressed. No hello, no thank you. No check on customer membership. Certainly will not return to this store. ud83dudc4e
Worst service ever! There was an attendant, her name Simone. It seemed like I was disturbing her when I asked if they had a particular product in stock. Didn’t look like she wanted to be there at all.
