Platypus Shoes Emporium

I was lucky enough to be helped by Michelle last weekend. I was having a hard time selecting the right boots near closing up time, and she was super helpful with talking options and bringing me what I needed. Plus, she gave me some good sock recommendations. Thank you Michelle, I love the socks!

I came to take a look at some shoes, looking for the NB 990V5. I couldn't find them but I literally fell in love with one of your staff members. She had the most beautiful curly hair and incredible light brown eyes. I even bought a pair of socks so I could come back and look into those eyes again one last time. Couldn't ask for a better costumer service!

I went to buy shoes last Sunday " Queen's Brithday", a pair of shoes was on sale marked 50%off with a yellow tag on it as well. Willing to pay it at cash register, but got rejected because the staff accused me that i have swapped the tag, and threw the box to the ground. This was really bad customer service I have ever experienced.

I visited Platypus with my little sister in hopes of getting her new shoes but the shoes she wanted weren't in stock in her size. However, Michelle had asked us if we wanted the option of either checking other local stores or delivering it to our home! We are so glad she asked because she then told us there were only 2 left! Thanks so much for going above and beyond and for the great customer service!! My little sis is super happy and so excited for her new shoes!! Ps, was lovely meeting you Michelle and hope you see this because you deserve some good feedback!!
