I received the best customer service today when I phoned Big W.nA lovely lady Sarah answered the phone and listened to my request regarding a product code. Sarah put me on hold for a short till she found out if they had the product in store. Lucky for me it was on a pallet waiting to be distributed in store. I really needed this product tonight and asked if there was any chance i would be able to get hold of one. Sarah said she would check and get back to me. A while later Regan phoned me to say that I could collect the item from the lay-bys dept. I collected the item and received the same friendly service from the lay-by department as well.nI would like to say a big “THANK YOU “ to these staff members who made my day!!nGreat friendly customer service Big W Armadale. ud83dudc4d

Extremely unsatisfied with the purchasing process. Bought item that was available online and confirmed payment for item. Travelled to store only to be told it is not available. Get with the times and update your online inventory! Definitely won't be back.

Great store well stocked. Great location especially if you don't drive it's a five minute walk from Armadale station. Has an amazing selection of lingerie at great prices quite a big range.

Store is set out well and is very clean. Getting in is always easy but getting out isn't as just like most chains you are corralled to serve yourself. It was my lucky day though as I saw an actual checkout which had a real person there to serve me. The lady was very friendly and gave some real old fashioned service with a smile.

Needs signage.nAs someone who doesn't shop or visit the area. I had no idea which way to go or I was going.nOther than that. Seems like other Big W stores.
