If you are looking for a place that will show you absolutely no respect at all and treats their customers like dirt the moment there is a slight issue look no further.nI had a return not barely 2 weeks outside of their prescribed 28 day return period and after I had calmly and politely explained this to their so called manager (I wouldn't let her manage a kids toy collection let alone a store but anyways, sorry I digress..) that I wasn't able to make it within the 28 days due to the lockdowns/restrictions that had been imposed upon us here in Victoria which you would think would be taken into account but absolutely not.nInstead this apparent manager and grown, 40 something year old woman acts like a teenager having tantrum, giving me the evil eye, greasing me off and trying to be rude as possible tells me in no uncertain terms, too bad, so sad..nWake up to yourself Reject Shop, amend your terms when there is a global pandemic going on or teach your managers to use some common sense.nYou hire sub par managers that shouldn't even be part of your regular staff stocking shelves let alone interacting with customers and then wonder why a situation escalates to a point that there is absolutely no need for it to at all.. Also just to clarify why I have reviewed both Leopold and Newcomb stores - This manager from Leopold actually rang ahead to tell the other manager in Newcomb not to give me a refund just to spite me instead of letting her make her own decision.nThat's level of people you can expect to deal with as staff at the Reject Shop, a bunch of, and I'm sorry to put it this way, rejects.. At least the name of the store tells you all you need to know about this place. Whichever location it may be it will guaranteed be the same experience.nNext time it could be someone that might jump the counter and assault one of the the staff, all of which could have been prevented with respect and manners. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys.. Understand..nAnyways, bravo.. One star...

The staff must pay attention to the prices ... Others write but you pay ... I am not happy to see but also to pay other prices.

I came in here to look for washing powder.nnThe store was well-kept, the stock range was pretty good (from what I saw). The decor was clean as well. The staff service was reasonable and pretty friendly.nnA reasonably-sized store, good for if you are local to the area.nnAmple parking as well.
