The sales people are very hard sell and suffer from NFI
Customer service next to none!! Very friendly staff, extremely helpful. As soon as we walked into the store we received assistance, particularly in the Computer section. Gave us a great price too when others would not. Will shop here again! Highly recommend.
Great service, products and price. Darryl from the Gepps Cross store is a legend. We had the best shopping experience with Harvey Norman purchasing all the new appliances for our brand new home. We love our TVs, fridge, dryer, microwave, sound bar etc etc. so much. Definitely shop in Harvey Norman again.
In October of 2020 my husband and I purchased a washer, refrigerator and Dyson vacuum with assistance from one of the sales associates, Bill. Bill was so incredibly helpful. We walked in feeling quite overwhelmed by the selection and after giving him a few criteria to go off of Bill narrowed it down swiftly for us. He really knew his stuff! Delivery and set-up were seamless as well. Communication with the delivery truck was great and the friendly delivery guys got the job done quickly and efficiently! Overall a great shopping experience that helped make a stressful move a bit easier.
