OTR Blair Athol

EFTPOS was offline today, which wouldn't have been a problem if some signs were placed on the petrol pumps to let customers know. Unfortunately I was only told of the issue after filling the tank and arriving at the service counter. There was an in-house ATM that charged about $3 for the cash withdrawal. It's a small issue but it borders on entrapment. The next service station on my route had petrol for 1c/Litre more. That would have saved me about $2.50. I would recommend avoiding OTR Blair Athol.

Unprofessional staff, they made worse coffee, every time I tried on this otr.

Wow!! I normally find the staff here friendly, I frequent the place nearly every day. This morning however, I was abused & SWORN at by Susan, coz I asked what colour lighters they had when purchasing one. (Please note: there was not 1 single person or a queue of people behind me waiting to be served)nWell done Susan, employee of the month, NOT!!!
