United Petroleum Berrinba (Pie Face)

Petrol prices are usually lower than other local servos but the customer service and food quality is terrible. Bought a doughnut today and it was beyond stale like a week old - should not have been sold at all.

I loved this servo, I have stopped in to refuel 3 cars every week and have purchased multiple add on items almost everytime until this lovely Sunday morning when I got verbally abused by Chandu for asking if he may please grab me 2 of my regular drinks from the back fridge as they weren’t filled up. He slammed the back fridge door so hard that all the front fridge doors opened and closed and continued to say a heap of stuff the whole time that I couldn’t understand so I said “sorry?” and he said don’t worry about it in an aggressive tone, I said if you’re going to be an “A”hole about it I’ll file a complaint with the owner and he said “go on, do it” ud83dude33 I won’t be going back to get that sort of customer service again!

Good place to refuel, sometimes cheap prices, friendly staff, public washrooms, great in-store selection, and a superb coffee shop next door.nnGreat addition to Berrinba. Love coming here. Location is setup so you can exit via multiple routes.
