I come to bought a electric blanket, the sales guy sell me a much more expensive one $139 than I expected one $49 and the size is not fit my bed, the one I looked online is queen size, website shows it’s in stock but they told me they don’t have. he told me the one I’ve looked online is basic one, but it’s just a electric blanket. I’ve asked to get a queen size one, and I’ve got a double bed one. when I go back to change they said I have to own it as I opened it. So I’ve spend $90 more to get a blanket not fit my bed. I’m not gonna come back again. Very bad experience they just care about they sales.

The wash machine shopping experience in this place is TERRIBLE. different staff provide different quote for the exact same products. They always talk you up to buy those expensive German ones, when I mentioned I'm considering Samsung wash machines, they'll be like why you want to buy these cheap stuff, it's like Toyota, and those expensive ones are like Benz. To be honest, I totally understand the reason people would spend a fortune on wash machines, I was just shocked about their attitude in this big franchise, how poor it's staff training and management, and mostly, why they even bother to sell those comparatively more affordable wash machines in their 'Benz' store at the very beginningud83dude02ud83dude02ud83dude02

I ordered HP 14-inch Product code: 7NL75PA Model HP LAPTOP 14S- DK0087 online on 26/04/2020 and chose pick up option available at Harvey Norman QV when I got there they don’t have the product but when I ordered and paid it was listed as available at QV. The staff member vietnamese Mark tried to upsell me with antivirus and microsoft office 365 but doesn’t know anything about laptops I asked what’s the S stands for the laptop model HP laptop 14S and he said “student”ud83dude02. No Mark it stands for Secure”. So I found out the one I purchased online is not available in the end waited for about 2 hours at the store so I requested for a refund, the manager Bshrestha is not happy and rude the whole time I spoke to him. I think what happened here is they didn’t update the lists laptops they have available at the store because as soon as he sent the refund request it was updated as not available for Harvey Norman QV so it was changed. Don’t buy laptops here or anything not good to have business with. I was even ready to buy more stuff but I just put them back on the shelves cause they have bad customer service. Not coming back here. Ever
