Said online that in-store shopping is available. Get to the store. Pick up only. Clothes and cooking equipment is very essential so why closed. Now my family are cold and hungry. Big Waist of time. Never again shopping here
I have been a regular at BigW QV centre since 2015 and I can honestly say all the staff in this store are genuinely lovely, friendly and always eager to help.nTuesday 11 May 2021 was my most current positive interaction was with the following staff member: Ahmed. A genuinely lovely, young man who displayed two incredibly important traits, Respect & Compassion. A good man indeed. Bless him.
Cheap and convenient
The layout of this store seems great! Everything is easy to find. And the staff are so nice and willing to help. A nice touch is that the greeter remembers me, saying 'hello again' every time I come back. I feel valued as a customer at this store!
Place is overall well kept and easily accessible, but the exits should be more clearly shown, took me a fair bit to find the exit
