A gem that needs polishing. Not infrastructure wise, rather at a staff and staffing level. You still have to go trekking to find someone (men's shoes as I did) even though it was not busy. The building itself though, is an icon and could be so much more with some heart in the people.nThe staff level in perfume on the other hand is the exact opposite. Must be better margins.

I had an issue with a purchase I did with a gift card. One of the managers, Nicole, was very helpful with assisting me and even gave me complimentary gifts. I appreciate the consistent help!
Always good quality shopping experience but in particular exceptional service from a staff member on all the floors but it is lacking in the technology department on floor 7. Otherwise the Chanel staff here are Very knowledgeable, helpful and funny. Thank you very much!
I bought 2 pairs of boots early this evening. 1 pair in store and the other one will be delivered by post as they did not have the colour I wanted. I was assisted by Kate and she was helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. I hope her employers will read this because she really went all out!
