I went there looking for a TV for my mum. The guy I dealt with was tremendously helpful and I found the easiest one for her to use. Yay for the lovely store assistant.

My Dyson stick Vacuum needed a new battery which I ordered which arrived together with instructions. I could not work out how to do it so called into Harvey Norman Richmond which is where I bought the vacuum and asked if someone would be able to change the battery for me. At first I was told by a young woman, although very pleasant, told me they couldn't. However another young woman took it to a gentleman who said he could change it if could find the right screw driver. He did and and removed the old battery and replaced it with the new one. I am very grateful, excellent customer service. I have purchased many items from the Richmond store. I hope this man gets some praise for his help.

I have a great experience every time I go here. I generally always ask for my main sales guy, Shane. He knows his stuff back to front and always provides 11/10 service.

Went and bought a fan from Harvey Norman Richmond yesterday & was very impressed with the service I received. After getting home I tried to put it together and was trickier than I thought. I rang them and told them I couldn't put it together & they told me to return to their Richmond store so that they could put it together for me :) I want to thank Brad & Ashley for helping me & would recommend their great service anytime!
