Horrorified. As a loyal customer who actively promote you as a progressive organization of good conscience and environmental concern, to see that you of all people, subscribe to the Courier Mail, thereby supporting a corporate entity dedicated to spreading climate change denial throughout the Western world. Shame. All that being said, the bank beyond the local branch are the only bank that are socially and environmentally relevant, and to my knowledge, the only bank not actively engaged in biosphere destroying investment projects, whilst buying preservation land to protest endangered species. If you are with any other bank and care about the future habitability of this planet, then move your money to these guys today.

I found the customer service, the speed, the tech to be sub par. Really liked the idea of supporting a customer owned bank that was better morally than other banks but I also can't reward a sub-par business. It's almost like that they didn't want my business. I had to be the person that did the following up all the time. The interest rates weren't competitive either. I really want you guys to succeed but you need to pick up your game.

I'm a broker, whom uses Bank Australia. Very good bank. I have 45 banks, so they would be my top 5. I have over 50 clients over there, and none have left due to not liking the bank or what they do. This tells you something.
