Ordered electric blanket online, it was sent from the Elizabeth Harris scarfs, I ordered a double, I was sent a queen size!nOrder picked by Keanu... Had to return it, which defeats the purpose of getting it delivered! Maybe read the order properly

Big store but its always just the same looking products on display and for sale. Its a bit bland and easy to kind of just walk past. Pricing can be confusing. Everything has an expensive price tag but seems to be cheaper once scanned, as there are frequently sales running without much signage (not that I mind saving money!). The staff can be quite rude and difficult to talk to at the checkouts. There have been a few times where I've felt ignored.

Good range of household items, clothing, bedding etc that seem to be on an eternal sale!

A good old fashioned department store with seemingly endless sales of 30-40% mainly homewares and clothes these days.
