I cannot recommend Mercedes-Benz Brisbane highly enough. I had the best experience with Isaac Yang who gave me five star service from the minute I walked through the door right through to delivery of my new car. I will absolutely return to Mercedes-Benz Brisbane for all of my cars from now on and will recommend them and Isaac to all of my friends and Associates

I really don’t know who gave the confidence to the staff and dealers? Everyone acting like a boss, no greeting,no service, when my girlfriend and I went the fourth floor to visit new cars, even no one say HI. Amazing !!Everyone looks like so busy , rush......before we consider choose Mercedes or BMW. Eventually we deposited for BMW. You guys really need learn how to do a good service for customers.

The ECO system in my MB180B was not working properly so I booked it in for a check. Mark Cunningham was my Service Advisor and was most helpful. He listened to what I had to say and knew exactly what I was talking about. He estimated about 2 to 3 hrs which was spot on. It turned out that the battery was on its way out so it was replaced under warranty and the ECO system is now working perfectly. Mark explained the relevant issues and how they had been resolved clearly and concisely. He then answered a few general questions I had. He was most helpful, pleasant and courteous, the right man for the job. Highly recommended.

Have been taking our car for service at Mercedes Benz Brisbane for years. The new dealership in Newstead is impressive and beautiful from the moment we arrived to drop off the car. Very attentive and welcoming staff. The team especially our Service Advisors Mark and Happy always looks after us well. Professional, top quality and friendly experience. Outlined clearly the issues we needed to address at our next service. Had a small issue after our regular service, Happy was able to sort it out right away the next day.

Absolutely brilliant customer service by Brent "George" Thomas, well done to you and your team. All I can say is you get that level of professionalism you would expect from Mercedes Benz Brisbane. Being in customer service ourselves, it was great to deal with someone who actually listens to what you want and goes out of their way to look after you. Looking forward to welcoming our new member of the family, will be back for another car soon. Well done guys
