Kosta has helped my 11 year old daughter overcome soreness and stiffness from her flat feet whilst improving her overall range of movement, especially her walking and running action. She continues to use his strengthening and flexibility exercises to further improve her joint and muscle mobility with visible improvements most recently at her athletics carnival.
