OTR Brighton

Woman with dark hair and glasses working around 8:30pm 11/04 who was mopping at the time didn't care when I told her that the soap dispenser was empty in the male/female (unisex toilets). She had a bit of an attitude and told me her shift was ending soon so the next person will do it - so basically couldn't be bothered. I told the other person at the front desk if she could change it because the person she was working with wouldn't. They seemed to know it hadn't been changed in a while. I feel bad for the owner paying wages to people who obviously aren't doing their jobs.

More than half of the items that the guy in the front desk gave were wrong. I know its early mate, but pay attention, or at least have the kindness of asking if you didn't understand what I asked for...nnEdit: all the items are wrong.

The subway here is always fabulous and friendly :)

Great for late night subway or a snack! Great servo, open all hours, varied selection of food and a happy wash!

Contactable by phone, good customer service, stocks products other stores don't. Would recommend this store.
