BIG W Bunbury

Really great and happy customer service from the staff inside the store but the one person at the counter was behaving as if she violated her parole conditions and had to serve time by serving people. Management might need to dose their front counter staff with happy pills.

I went into Big W this morning to get a portacot. I also got hold of a few other things as well. The service from the staff were fantastic. I am very happy with the items that I bought.

It was difficult to find my items on my own however the staff were very helpful and friendly and showed me how to shop for the VERY BEST deals on offer. I ended up getting more than I intended however I still managed to make great savings on my purchases... Thank you BIG W staff of Bunbury Forum... You are fan-bloody-tastic! And I WILL BE seeking your assistance AGAIN ❤ufe0f

Pretty good all round. Nice clean store. Spacious setup. Your not walking over others to get to where you need to go. Prices are ok.

Always a friendly atmoshere at the Forum. All the shops and cafes are worth a visit. I have been shopping here for 10 years. Always a park..and there's something for everyone.
