Kmart Tuggeranong

Went to Kmart Tuggeranong today, looking for phone holders for a car. Got help from a wonderful Kmart lady named Shell who kindly went out the back find the items that I wanted. Thank you Shell you made my day.

Came in a couple of days ago to get some clothes for my sister, I asked this worker Dakota where the bra/undies section was and she rolled her eyes and gave me a lot of attitude. She did point me in the direction but I'm not impressed in which the ways she went about things in.nnOverall, good store, clean tidy and presentable - but if all the workers are like this then I wont come back anytime soon!

We had a pleasant shopping and we bought more things than we expected to buy. Unfortunately I didn't have a coin or a dummy coin to release a trolley. I asked two staffs if they could release a trolley as we had bought lots of stuffs but both of them declined and another one just looked away. I wish If asked them before I paid for it. Then me and my pregnant wife had to carry all the stuff. So much they care for their customers.

Store was tidy and we'll displayed, though the staff seemed miles away, of around 10 staff members the one and only to acknowledge my presence was the lady on door detail, she definitely was very lovely and 'present' within her surroundings at work I can say that for sure -but from there I was very much let down, walking through an isle two staff members had to 'seperate' to walk around me, deep in their conversation making no eye contact as I copped the well known shoulder shoves to squeeze past me. I can't even blame it on the generation, many of these staff were my age or older, responses to item queries etc were short and blunt- leaving very little help on offer. And the absolute rudeness of the employee over-seeing the self serve checkouts appalled me. Does no one take pride in their jobs anymore? Or care to atleast take pride in how they portray themselves at work and towards others ,thus allowing customers to enjoy their shopping experience in the best way possible, a long review I know but simple courtesy within your job shouldn't be that hard to muster up,,,,,,,,,or GET ANOTHER JOB!!!

Got everything I need or want, and then some. Great product range, price and quality. I still prefer the registers to be on the way out, instead of in the middle of the store. Just doesn't feel right.
