Wow Karrinyup looks different. The stores are still in the same places. DJ' s was great but I was in a rush. Will be back. Most stores not upgraded internally. Heaps of parking undercover, toilets, seating. I will be back. Good selection of stores in one place.

Good variety and availability of products.nnCustomer service skills from staff could use alot of improvement- you are more likely to receive service depending on your appearance. This judgemental behaviour almost makes it justifiable to shop elsewhere

Trying to phone DJs is a nightmare in itself and then when I was put through to Claremont store the lady was rude, put me on hold and then hung up. Interesting when you're in the store spending money it's like a scene from Pretty Woman. Disgusting customer service.
