Great food and absolute terrible service, made an order and then when we received it, it had missing items we payed for and then got rudely told it was not on the order and that we weren't charged for it but we were. Never returning!

Bought a chicken burger with chips and it was awful ,old oil must of been used chips were dark and oily and did not want to eat them nor the burger ,chicken was burnt , will never go back

Is this store under new management? Has always been beautiful fish from there but tonight 3 adults each had a bite of our fish and threw it in the bin, it was absolutely awful, & the dim sims were very under cooked. When you pay $50+ for a meal you expect some sort of quality to be served to you. You have just lost a repeat customer. Time to find a new fish & chip shop ☹
