When I arrive at the counter the car was already prepared according to my reservation and the process was very quick and efficient.
Only Avis was flexible enough in term of opening hours and fair regarding my different pick-up and drop-off location (YQB -> YUL). Reservation worked like a breeze, conditions were clear, price was fair, and I even enjoyed an upgraded car. Thumbs up on all aspects. Thanks to the team.
I hired car in Quebec in snow storm and staff where were very helpful.
Staff was very good in very cold weather
I reserved my Avis vehicle using Costco Travel several months ago. Seamless and the experience was quick and exact at the Avis Quebec airport counter. Counter staff was helpful. Facility and airport is very nice and modern. Easy access to provincial highway routes and the city.
