We found Michael after meeting him through a mutual friend. When we chatted with him initially, we weren't overly in the market, but we wanted to know what was out there. Our first meeting was over the phone, and at the time we had not met with our mortgage broker, but Michael was able to ask us questions that gave us a good idea on what to expect during the house buying process. Throughout the process, Michael was always there to answer our questions and to provide feedback on each home we looked at. We found our dream home in an amazing location in September, and took possession in November. The whole process was smooth, and we have Michael to thank for that! Caitlin was instrumental in our recent purchase of a condo. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in the Edmonton condo market and on hand to answer any questions quickly, she also made the condo hunting experience fun! Caitlin went above and beyond for us, passing on knowledge about the various buildings in Edmonton, as well as going over the condo documents with us. We are so pleased with the service she's provided and would go back to her for all our real estate needs.

There wasn't a place to leave a review for Michael for the Hampton Gardens. However we knew he works for TruHome real estate, so we figure we leave a awesome review for him here. Just wanted to give a big shout out to him for helping us with everything from showing us the suites, to leasing he was efficient, chill, and super knowledgeable. Thanks again for everything Michael ! We will definitely recommends our friends and family to him, if they're looking for a place to buy or sell.
