Next steps: Contacting Better Business Bureau of Canada. Unfortunately this is the only platform where I can get through to someone in National. NO ONE calls you back. The email address that they "respond" with on these reviews is NOT Correct. The email bounces back. Once they take your money, they do not care about customer service. I have never been treated like this by such a globally recognized company. CHOOSE ANOTHER CAR RENTAL COMPANY!!!!!

We returned a cargo van on full and were charged for additional gas 4 days later. They also bill under a different name (Tilden) so we thought our credit card was compromised. Make sure you read the fine print before you rent because they've altered the standard agreement and they'd rather argue than treat you fair & square.

Bobby and his team were so very helpful getting me into the car I wanted. They were very patient and understanding in the difficult process of purchasing a vehicle. At other dealerships I felt pressured and uncomfortable but with Bobby and his team at national this was never the case. They gave me the time I needed to get everything in order and allowed me to buy the vehicle when I was ready to buy the vehicle.

If I could give a ZERO I would. HUGE SCAMMERS!!!! We are so upset! NEVER EVER book with this location!!!!!!! I am still waiting for a call back from the North Van area manager. I have called 3 times since september and no call back yet. They charged hundreds of dollars to our credit card for damage that happened in their parking lot after we dropped the car off. They refuse to provide video footage of their lot. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Do not trust them!

I often rent a car there and never had any issue. Good rates. Friendly customer service. The only issue is to get there if you live downtown. There are bus stops close by.
