Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We ordered a Suv over a week ago .And they said they only thing they had was a mini van when we got there. We did not want a mini van . Also not impressed it had a quarter tank of gas in it . When we asked about the gas they said just bring it back with a quarter tank . So what we had to fill it up , and what are we going to do if we dont use all the gas siphon the rest out. Not the service me expected. The lady who worked there was very nice. If we weren't in a hurry we would have gone somewhere else. Ans they had a suv sitting on the lot aswell. Won't be back.

24hrs before my reservation, they cancelled it. With no substitutes available. Had to rush to find another rental vehicle. Apparently it's common for Enterprise to over book cars. Do not book a vehicle with Enterprise, unless you want to roll the dice on whether you get a rental or not.

Easiest car rental I’ve done yet.
