The worst rental car company ever in Canada, bad services, poor customer services, and bad employees. Just go through all customer complaints, They NEVER care or respond to bad ratings and reviews ! I advise you not to go to this office

Never trust this company. I made a reservation online and I get a confirmation email. I went to the Queen’s branch as it was my pick up location. The employee told me we don’t have any car right now !!!!! I showed him the email and he said I cannot do anything for you. I wish I could give this company less than one star.

It let me book car for Saturday 4:30pm and when I showed up it was closed and it’s says contact another location. So I went to the other location on Catherine st which was also closed. I tried to contact them but they never answered. It almost ruined my whole weekend until I figure myself out to find other car rental place. Can’t trust this place anymore.
