Thrifty Car Rental

Simply outstanding! Musa went went well above and beyond in his service to us and provided us with exactly what we were looking for at a great price. The vehicle was in excellent condition and despite us being a walk-in the vehicle was ready to go. I would definitely recommend this branch of Hertz/Thrifty.

I was a little hesitant based on the other reviews, but I was pleased with my experience. Service was good, they had the car ready on my arrivals, no surprises. Definitely the cheapest rental place out there.. However for long trips with highway driving, I won't be getting an economy car again. The engines are small and actually burn more gas than a slightly bigger model. And you have to fill up more often.

Chose this rental place because it was close to home but I won't choose it again. I was originally quoted $87 for a three day rental, which turned into a $300+ rental before gas. Firstly, the original quote was apparently displayed in US dollars. Upon picking up the car, I was asked whether I wanted winter tires or regular tires. I looked at the snow and ice outside and said, "I would have assumed all of your cars had winter tires." The person at the counter replied, "No, it is an extra $20 per day for winter tires." (They may as well have charged me for a seatbelt and windshield, too.) Finally, I was quoted at the counter $11 per day for insurance. Not until several days after returning my rental did I learn I was charged $36 per day for insurance. The woman at the desk who took my concerned call was kind and sympathetic but did not offer any kind of compensation. The car itself was clean and ran fine, which is why I didn't give it 1 star, but I still won't be using Thrifty Car Rental again unless they change their policies and pricing.

Fantastic staff and management, especially Khalid, Had a pleasant experience with them. I will definitely go with them again in the future. Thanks to their excellent customer service.

Rented a car here a few weeks ago. Car was in good condition and the staff was polite and helpful.
