There's no zip car here. I wish there was. Their customer service is awful. Took them 2 weeks to get me up and running. And I've not managed to book a car yet

More than a year now using the service. It's so convinient, the rent fee includes gas and insurance. You can get your ride with a card or your smartphone app. And again, if you need to extend your rental time you can do it by texting or the app on your phone. Hopefully, it gets more units in other areas than downtown. Also take into account that if you drive more than 200 miles away you will be extra charged, careful.
