Alicia and Jamie are excellent. What a great customer service I received from the both of them. They are professional and friendly. Jamie is calm, confident and her soothing voice made me feel comfortable and appreciated right from the start. Even though the cargo van was not available, she made sure for me to have an easy transition for the 16 foot box truck. Jamie is also very good and explained thoroughly everything in regards to safety and the driving before I get into the truck. Thank you guys, you are amazing! :)

Unbelievable. Moving day, reserved a truck a month in advance. Called the day before the move, lied and said they had left a voicemail wondering if we still want to truck because they are busy, and if we do they might be able to find us one. Are you kidding me? There was no voicemail. Yes we NEED one. We are moving. Ok. Day of, call 30 mins in advance to make sure they don't give our truck away. No problem. Get inside, they don't have a truck for us. Gave us a cube van instead which insufficient to move our furniture from the entire house. I don't get it. Why reserve. Why be in the business of taking reservations. Don't go here. Update, the van is garbage. Side passenger door so damaged can't open it. Side cargo door held shut by DUCT TAPE.

Great people friendly, and curtious. Great cars clean, very cheap on gas. Will definitely rent, there again.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. First lady,(sorry I never got your name) I dealt with offered me a free upgrade because they ran out of cargo vans. She did a great walk around with me and we looked over the truck and marked all damage. When I returned it a day early and full of gas Omar was very nice and didnt count the extra km I had put on the truck against me . Overall great experience and would 100% use them again

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED - I called two month ago to reserve a truck for my move and have a reservation number even. Got called two days before my move to tell me I had no trucks available. Now I can't find truck anywhere. The lady on the phone even had the balls to tell me they didn't actually did reservations, then why the hell did you send me a proper email with a number? Blatant lies, complete disregard for customers, don't go there.
