Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car from this location via the Enterprise website. I was contacted the next morning, one hour before my pick up time, and was advised this location is now closed. They offered an alternate pickup location that was nowhere on my route. I chose this location for convenience of closeness to work. When I spoke to Enterprise via Facebook chat, the person was putting the blame on me, because I had only booked the night before thus they couldn't contact me until they did. That is fine, but the location should NOT be on their website anymore and they should not send out a confirmation that I can pick up a car there. This was a major inconvenience for me. I was only renting the car for one day as my car was in the garage and daughter was being discharged from hospital and I wanted a car to pick her up. One of my coworkers actually ened up taking time off work to take me to pick up my daughter and drive us home. I will never rent with Enterprise again!! Worst service ever, and they have no respect for customers.

Lots of great hybrids cheap on gas, drove 1800 kllm on. 100$ Ford fusion.

Honestly this review applies to all my enterprise experiences not exclusively this location. Long story short, don't rent a car from any enterprise off of their website. For some stupid reason the website will let you reserve any vehicle regardless of its availability. This leads to situations where you get there to pick up your car and best case scenario they'll try and get you into something that wasn't at all what you reserved. 'oh hey we don't actually have the compact car you reserved but I do have this great team of sled dogs. Oh you don't want to doggies? No problem. Well I'll put you on the waiting list for a car it might be a few hours or days who really knows.' The staff has always been friendly enough so two stars because it isn't their fault but God damn don't use their website. Just call in the day of and see if they have anything it's the best you can do.

Although there was originally some complications with my rental (this location is really only for customers of Sterling Ford, and renting online here probably shouldn't be made available), Bobby helped sort everything out and made the experience renting with Enterprise a good one. He was very understanding and smoothed over all my concerns and catered to my needs when necessary. Will rent (at the Cyrville location) again!

Here's a picture of my reservation. When I went there there was no vehicle for me. Nor did anyone try to help me. I was significantly inconvenience by this. And I would have to deter anyone from every using Enterprise.
