Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the third time we rent from Enterprise located at 1020 St-Joseph in Hull. All 3 times, even though we booked beforehand (online), the cars were never ready and one time it wasn't even clean yet, delaying our itinerary. This last time was booked for Monday, November 24, it had started snowing and none of the cars had their snow tires on save a much more expensive van. We had no choice but to take the ONLY vehicle with snow tires and we were charged full price for it. We came back on the 25th in a big snow storm with a large amount of accidents, can you imagine if we'd taken the car we actually wanted without snow tires? We'll go with a different company next time.

We have rented from this location recently and just reserved another rental for this weekend. This is an excellent location with very good customer service. The vehicle was exceptionally clean. We highly recommend Enterprise Hull/Gatineau! Merci :)

This place is my usual place to rent a car. The staff is really nice and helpful. I never had issues with this business.

Booked a Jeep Wrangler 4 doors on July 8th for a pickup July 26th. YOUR RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED But received a call today July 23rd saying they won't have it for me. Little bit late to be advise isn't? They offered me a SUV instead! Well I have a SUV, I needed a Jeep! That's it, not even offered a discount and/or promo code for next rental. That was in Gatineau,1020 Boulevard Saint-Joseph, Gatineau QC J8Z 1T3 Holidays a little screwed! Thanks Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

Very unprofessional. The guy kept ignoring us then answering phones and interrupting us. Headaches after headaches. Got here @ 7:50 as they open at 8am and now its 9 and were still trying to book a car we were the only people here to serve very rude to interrupt and answer calls and serve other clients that came after us! We have booked two days ago online for a jeep and they got the confirmation and now they say thetly dont even have it available ?!!! Worst service ever.
